Table salt – animal rennet.
Preservative: Potassium Sorbate (0.1%).
Fat in dry matter: not less than 25% Protein content: not less than 15%
Allergens: contains milk sugar (lactose)
Keep frozen at -18°C.
Shelf life: one year from the production date printed on the package. This product complies with the Egyptian Standard Specification No. 8338/2020.
